OpenBSD routerboxes..

This weekend I am setting up an {ADSL/firewall/mailserver} box for someone. Normally I'd just zap them up a debian box, but I am thinking of using openBSD for this one as it's surely the choice of OS for facing off against the 'net.

Now I have used openBSD before (its languishing on my SPARC20) but I've never really used it for this kinda thing. Anyone got any advice/experience with setting up openBSD, on an X86 machine using a USB speedtouch? Any pitfalls or advice?
